Before the training shapes anyone, an embedded app I built maps each participant: who they are, what they actually do at work, and how they learn, whether they need an example first, numbered steps, short answers, or the purpose before the method. From that profile the app generates four personal prompts: a universal profile, an AI tutor, a role-specific assistant and a strengthening plan. They work in Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini. Each person leaves module four already working with their own prompts. Aus diesem Profil erzeugt die App vier persönliche Prompts, ein Universalprofil, einen KI-Tutor, einen rollenspezifischen Assistenten und einen Stärkungsplan, die in Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot oder Gemini funktionieren.
